• Where's the download page?

  Click here for the download page. Please note, you'll need a key to unlock the software. You can get a key by signing up at the homepage.

• I didn't get my key, even though I whitelisted your email address. Your server must not be sending it! Are you just a giant email-collecting scam?

  Most people don't realize that there are multiple levels of spam filtering. Whoever delivers your email to you will almost always be rejecting some emails and sending you the remainder. Even if you whitelist our email, it doesn't mean you'll get it if your ISP has already rejected the email before sending you your email.

  I found out that many companies blocked our emails after we sent out 10,000 keys in the first week! For details, please read this blog report.

  To get your key, either sign up again using an email account that doesn't use over-aggressive filtering, or open a support ticket requesting your key.

• I get the message "Wrong unlock key". What gives? Did you send me a dud key!?

  Firstly, did you copy and paste it into the unlock box, without carrying over any "space" characters? Please triple check this. Often people email me saying the key is wrong, then email later saying it works. In most cases, carrying over a "space" character caused the error message.

  Secondly, my coders say that if you have a firewall, you can check the logs for whether or not it blocked the Spider from accessing the Internet. If your firewall/antivirus did block the Spider, you would get the "wrong key" message.

  Please configure your firewall/antivirus to permit the Spider to access the Internet. Do not turn off your firewall/antivirus!

• How do I "configure my firewall"?

  There are many different types of firewall software. I can only suggest opening yours and using the help file to check the settings/configurement.

  Most firewalls will have a log, so you can see if the firewall blocked the Spider. Hopefully, you can then click the log entry and "permit" the Spider to access the Internet. Do not turn off your firewall.
